“They are people who keep the memory of God alive; they keep it alive in themselves and they are able to revive it in others…A catechist is a Christian who puts this remembrance at the service of proclamation, not to be important, not to talk about herself or himself, but to talk about God, about God’s love and fidelity – to speak and to transmit all that God has revealed” (Pope Francis, Mass for Catechists, September 29, 2013)
Join us on Sunday: August 17th & 24th in the Mary Chapel
after the 9:00am and 11:30am Masses
Information sessions will be held on the different ways of helping in the Family Faith Program. The Family Faith Program is always in need of volunteers to serve as catechists, co-catechists, substitute catechists, catechists’ assistants, and teams to organize the Christmas Pageant – director, choreographers, costume designers, and stage managers.
