Shelter Volunteer Needed - Truly urgent!

On a more serious note, our difficulty in finding enough shelter volunteers to have two each night puts the safety of our guests and volunteers, as well as the continued operation of our shelter, in jeopardy. Please seriously consider taking on one night a month (or every other month) to stay at the shelter. Who knows….it might just change your life!

  • Contact Jim English at sfxshelter@gmail.com if you’re interested in volunteering or for more information.

Calling all couples, bosom buddies, and dynamic duos!

Interested in volunteering at a shelter but nervous about doing it alone? St. Francis Xavier Men’s Shelter needs YOU! Find a friend and come on down! Save some money and hang out for free! Relive those grade school sleepovers where you can stay awake giggling all night! Challenge each other and make it your springtime resolution!
