1st round: Share and speak about the fruits of your personal reflection, without interruption. Listen and take notes, if you wish.
2nd round: Share what you heard in the 1st round that touched your heart and moved you personally. Ask a question, or look for clarification.
3rd round: Freely express what you feel. Notice and share a common idea that is emerging, a consensus, and name it. Gather the graces.
